# §60.4. How information must be reported.


Information must be reported to the NPDB as required under §§ [60.7](/cfr/45/60.7.md), [60.8](/cfr/45/60.8.md), [60.9](/cfr/45/60.9.md), [60.10](/cfr/45/60.10.md), [60.11](/cfr/45/60.11.md), [60.12](/cfr/45/60.12.md), [60.13](/cfr/45/60.13.md), [60.14](/cfr/45/60.14.md), [60.15](/cfr/45/60.15.md) and [60.16](/cfr/45/60.16.md) in such form and manner as the Secretary may prescribe.
