# §510.2. Time for filing.


Claims for payments under the Guam World War II Loyalty Recognition Act, Title XVII, Public Law 114-328 (the “Act”), must be filed not later than one year after the date on which the Commission publishes the notice described in [section 1705(b)(2)(B)](/cfr/45/1705.md?p=b-2-B) of the Act.
