# §508.4. Failure to file request for hearing.


The failure to file a request for a hearing within the period specified in [§ 509.2](/cfr/45/509.2.md) of this chapter will be deemed to constitute a waiver of right to a hearing and the decision of the Commission will constitute a full and final disposition of the case.
