# §309.165. What recourse does a Tribe or Tribal organization have to dispute a determination to disallow Tribal IV-D program expenditures?


If a Tribe or Tribal organization disputes a decision to disallow Tribal IV-D program expenditures, the grant appeals procedures outlined in [45 CFR part 16](/cfr/45/part16.md) are applicable.
