# §304.24. Equipment—Federal financial participation.


Claims for Federal financial participation in the cost of equipment under the Child Support Enforcement Program are to be determined in accordance with [subpart G](/cfr/45/subpartG.md) of [45 CFR part 95](/cfr/45/part95.md). Requirements concerning the management and disposition of equipment under the Child Support Enforcement Program are also prescribed in [subpart G](/cfr/45/subpartG.md) of [45 CFR part 95](/cfr/45/part95.md).
