# §304.10. General administrative requirements.


As a condition for Federal financial participation, the provisions of2 CFR parts [200](/cfr/45/part200.md) and [300](/cfr/45/part300.md) (with the exception of 2 CFR [200.306](/cfr/2/200.306.md) and [200.328](/cfr/2/200.328.md)) establishing uniform administrative requirements and cost principles shall apply to all grants made to States under this part.
