# §264.84. What will we do if a Territory fails to meet the Matching Grant funding requirements at § 264.80?


If a Territory does not meet the requirements at either or both of § [264.80(a)(2)](/cfr/45/264.80.md?p=a-2) and [(a)(3)](/cfr/45/264.80.md?p=a-3), we will disallow all Matching Grant funds received for the fiscal year.
