# §2552.114. What happens if a non-AmeriCorps funded sponsor does not comply with the NGA?


A non-AmeriCorps funded project sponsor's noncompliance with the NGA may result in suspension or termination AmeriCorps' agreement and all benefits specified in [§ 2552.112](/cfr/45/2552.112.md).
