# §2544.125. Who has the authority to solicit and accept or reject a donation?


The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Corporation has the authority to solicit, accept, or reject a donation offered to the Corporation and to make the determinations described in § [2544.130 (c)](/cfr/45/2544.130.md?p=c) and [(d)](/cfr/45/2544.130.md?p=d). The CEO may delegate this authority in writing to other officials of the Corporation.
