# §1800.4. Times, places, and requirements for the identification of the individual making a request.


An individual making a request to the Deputy Executive Secretary of the Foundation pursuant to [§ 1800.3](/cfr/45/1800.3.md) shall present the request at the Foundation offices, 712 Jackson Place, NW., Washington, DC 20006, on any business day between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. The individual submitting the request should present himself or herself at the Foundation's offices with a form of identification which will permit the Foundation to verify that the individual is the same individual as contained in the record requested.
