# §170.204. Functional standards.


The Secretary adopts the following functional standards:

- (a) **Accessibility—**
  - (1) **Standard.** Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, Level A Conformance (incorporated by reference in [§ 170.299](/cfr/45/170.299.md)).
