# §1641.12. Procedures for suspension.


Before suspending an IPA, the OIG shall provide the IPA with a show cause hearing in accordance with the procedures set out in [§§ 1641.13 through 1641.15](/cfr/45/1641.13..1641.15.md). Such hearing shall be held entirely by written submissions, except that a meeting may be held under [§ 1641.15(c)](/cfr/45/1641.15.md?p=c).
