# §1634.12. Emergency procedures and waivers.


The President of the Corporation may waive the requirements of §§ [1634.6](/cfr/45/1634.6.md) and [1634.8(a)(3)](/cfr/45/1634.8.md?p=a-3) and [(5)](/cfr/45/1634.8.md?p=a-5) when necessary to comply with requirements imposed by law on the awards of grants and contracts for a particular fiscal year.
