# §1610.10. Compliance.


In addition to all other compliance and enforcement options, LSC may recover from a recipient's LSC funds an amount not to exceed the amount improperly charged to non-LSC funds, as provided in [§ 1630.16](/cfr/45/1630.16.md) of this chapter.
