# §160.418. Penalty not exclusive.


Except as otherwise provided by 42 U.S.C. [1320d-5(b)(1)](/usc/42/1320d-5.md?p=b-1) and [42](/usc/42/42.md) U.S.C. 299b-22(f)(3), a penalty imposed under this part is in addition to any other penalty prescribed by law.
