# §160.300. Applicability.


This subpart applies to actions by the Secretary, covered entities, business associates, and others with respect to ascertaining the compliance by covered entities and business associates with, and the enforcement of, the applicable provisions of this part 160 and parts [162](/cfr/45/part162.md) and [164](/cfr/45/part164.md) of this subchapter.
