# §155.1304. Definitions.


For the purposes of this subpart:

Complete application means an application that has been submitted and for which the Secretary and the Secretary of the Treasury, as applicable, have made a preliminary determination that it includes all required information and satisfies all requirements that are described in [§ 155.1308(f)](/cfr/45/155.1308.md?p=f).

Public notice means a notice issued by a government agency or legislative body that contains sufficient detail to notify the public at large of a proposed action consistent with [§ 155.1312](/cfr/45/155.1312.md).

[Section 1332](/cfr/45/1332.md) waiver means a Waiver for State Innovation under [section 1332](/cfr/45/1332.md) of the Affordable Care Act.
