# §1357.20. Child abuse and neglect programs.


The State agency must assure that, with regard to any child abuse and neglect programs or projects funded under title IV-B of the Act, the requirements of section [106(b)(1)](/cfr/45/106.md?p=b-1) and [(2)](/cfr/45/106.md?p=b-2) of the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act, as amended, are met. These requirements relate to the State plan and assurances required for the Child Abuse and Neglect State Grant Program.
