# §1325.8. Formula for determining allotments.


The Secretary, or his or her designee, will allocate funds appropriated under the Act for the State Councils on Developmental Disabilities and the P&As as directed in sections 122 and 142 of the Act (42 U.S.C. [15022](/usc/42/15022.md) and [15042](/usc/42/15042.md)).
