# §1303.11. Limitations and prohibitions.


An agency must adhere to sections [644(e)](/cfr/45/644.md?p=e), [644(g)(3)](/cfr/45/644.md?p=g-3), [653](/cfr/45/653.md), [654](/cfr/45/654.md), [655](/cfr/45/655.md), [656](/cfr/45/656.md), and [657A](/cfr/45/657A.md) of the Act. These sections pertain to union organizing, the Davis-Bacon Act, limitations on compensation, nondiscrimination, unlawful activities, political activities, and obtaining parental consent.
