# §1225.6. Freedom from reprisal.


Aggrieved parties, their representatives, and witnesses will be free from restraint, interference, coercion, discrimination, or reprisal at any stage in the presentation and processing of a complaint, including the counseling stage described in [§ 1225.8](/cfr/45/1225.8.md), or any time thereafter.
