# §1220.3-3. Procedure.


Immediately upon the receipt by a volunteer of any court papers or administrative orders making a party to any proceeding covered under [§ 1220.3-1](/cfr/45/1220.3-1.md) or [§ 1220.3-2](/cfr/45/1220.3-2.md), the volunteer shall immediately notify his sponsor who in turn shall notify the appropriate Corporation for National and Community Service state office. The procedures referred to in [§ 1220.2-3(c) through (e)](/cfr/45/1220.2-3.md?p=c..e) shall thereafter be followed as appropriate.
