# §1149.46. Where is the hearing held?


The ALJ may hold the hearing:

- (a) **In any judicial district of the United States—**
- (b) In which you reside or transact business; or
- (c) In which the claim or statement on which liability is based was made to the NEA; or
- (d) **In such other place as agreed upon by you and the ALJ.**
