# §206.430. General.


This subpart provides guidance on the administration of hazard mitigation grants made under the provisions of [section 404](/cfr/44/404.md) of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, [42 U.S.C. 5170c](/usc/42/5170c.md), hereafter Stafford Act, or the Act.
