# §206.360. Purpose.


This subpart provides policies and procedures for local governments and State and Federal officials concerning the Community Disaster Loan program under [section 417](/cfr/44/417.md) of the Stafford Act. [Sections 206.360 through 206.367](/cfr/44/206.360..206.367.md) of the subpart do not implement the Community Disaster Loan Act of 2005. (see [§ 206.370](/cfr/44/206.370.md)).
