# §204.63. Allowable costs.


[2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md), subpart [E](/cfr/44/subpartE.md)—[Cost](/cfr/44/subpartCost.md) Principles establishes general policies for determining allowable costs.

- (a) FEMA will reimburse direct costs for the administration of a fire management assistance grant under [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md).
- (b) FEMA will reimburse indirect costs for the administration of a fire management assistance grant in compliance with the recipient's approved indirect cost rate under [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md).
- (c) **Management costs as defined in 44 CFR part 207 do not apply to this section.**
