# §5463.1. Time for cutting and removal.


Time for cutting and removal of timber or other vegetative resources sold shall not exceed a period of forty-eight months such time for cutting and removal may be extended as provided in [43 CFR part 5470](/cfr/43/part5470.md), [subpart 5473](/cfr/43/subpart5473.md).
