# §423.26. Public events and gatherings.


You must not conduct public assemblies, meetings, gatherings, demonstrations, parades, and other events without a permit issued pursuant to [subpart D](/cfr/43/subpartD.md) of this part 423. Public gatherings that involve the possession or occupancy of Reclamation facilities, lands, and waterbodies are governed by [43 CFR part 429](/cfr/43/part429.md).
