# §423.10. What areas are open to public use?


All Reclamation facilities, lands, and waterbodies are open to lawful use by the public unless they are closed to public use under this subpart B of this part 423, or as provided by [43 CFR part 420](/cfr/43/part420.md), Off-Road Vehicle Use.
