# §4.1390. Scope.


[Sections 4.1391 through 4.1394](/cfr/43/4.1391..4.1394.md) set forth the procedures for obtaining review of an OSM determination under [30 CFR 761.16](/cfr/30/761.16.md) that a person does or does not have valid existing rights.
