# §4.1117. Reconsideration.


A party may file a petition for reconsideration from an order or decision of an ALJ or the Board as follows:

- (a) A petition for reconsideration from an order or decision of an ALJ may only be filed in accordance with the provisions of [§ 4.130](/cfr/43/4.130.md) of this part, except that a petition for reconsideration may not be filed in an expedited review proceeding under [§ 4.1180](/cfr/43/4.1180.md) or in a suspension or revocation proceeding under [§ 4.1190](/cfr/43/4.1190.md).
- (b) A petition for reconsideration from an order or decision of the Board may only be filed in accordance with the provisions of [§ 4.415](/cfr/43/4.415.md) of this part.
