# §3933.20. Filing fees.


Each application for assignment or sublease of record title or overriding royalty must include the filing fee found in the fee schedule in [§ 3000.12](/cfr/43/3000.12.md) of this chapter. The BLM will not accept any assignment that does not include the filing fee.
