# §3872.2. Procedure in contest cases.


Parts [1840](/cfr/43/part1840.md) and [1850](/cfr/43/part1850.md) of this chapter, in cases before the United States, the Bureau of Land Management, and the Department of the Interior will, so far as applicable, govern in all cases and proceedings arising in contests and hearings to determine the character of lands.
