# §3830.100. How do I appeal a final decision by BLM?


If you are adversely affected by a BLM decision under [parts 3830-3839](/cfr/43/part3830-3839.md), you may appeal the decision in accordance with parts [4](/cfr/43/part4.md) and [1840](/cfr/43/part1840.md) of this title.
