# §3715.4-2. What if I do not notify BLM of my existing occupancy?


If you do not provide the written notice required in [§ 3715.4](/cfr/43/3715.4.md), you will be subject to the enforcement actions of [§ 3715.7-1](/cfr/43/3715.7-1.md), the civil remedies of [§ 3715.7-2](/cfr/43/3715.7-2.md), and the criminal penalties of [§ 3715.8](/cfr/43/3715.8.md).
