# §3598.5. Appeals.


Orders or decisions issued under the regulations in this part may be appealed as provided in [part 4 of this title](/cfr/43/part4.md). Orders issued under [§ 3598.4(c)](/cfr/43/3598.4.md?p=c) of this title shall be effective during the pendency of any appeal.
