# §3585.2-2. Hardrock minerals.


Expect as otherwise specifically provided in §§ [3585.3](/cfr/43/3585.3.md) and [3585.4](/cfr/43/3585.4.md) of this title for mining claimant preference right leases, the regulations in parts [3500](/cfr/43/part3500.md) and [3560](/cfr/43/part3560.md) of this title shall govern the leasing of hardrock minerals.
