# §3474.4. Qualified sureties.


A list of companies holding certificates of authority from the Secretary of the Treasury under the Act of July 30, 1947 ([6 U.S.C. 6-14](/usc/6/6-14.md)) as acceptable sureties on Federal bonds is published annually in the Federal Register.
