# §3273.20. When will BLM release my bond?


We will release your bond after you request it and we determine that you have:

- (a) Removed the utilization facility and all associated equipment;
- (b) Reclaimed the land; and
- (c) Met all the requirements of [§ 3200.4](/cfr/43/3200.4.md).
