# §3163.3. Criminal penalties.


Any person who commits an act for which a civil penalty is provided in [§ 3163.2(f)](/cfr/43/3163.2.md?p=f) shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than $50,000, or by imprisonment for not more than 2 years, or both.
