# §3152.3. Renewal of exploration permit.


Upon application by the permittee and payment of the filing fee for renewal of exploration permit—Alaska, found in the fee schedule in [section 3000.12](/cfr/43/3000.12.md) of this chapter (except where the exploration operations are to be conducted on a leasehold by or on behalf of the lessee), an exploration permit may be renewed for a period not to exceed one year.
