The Mineral Leasing Act of 1920, as amended and supplemented, ([30 U.S.C. 181](/usc/30/181.md) et seq.), the Mineral Leasing Act for Acquired Lands of 1947, as amended ([30 U.S.C. 351-359](/usc/30/351-359.md)), the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act ([16 U.S.C. 3101](/usc/16/3101.md) et seq.), the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 ([43 U.S.C. 1701](/usc/43/1701.md) et seq.), the Independent Offices Appropriations Act of 1952 ([31 U.S.C. 483a](/usc/31/483a.md)), the Naval Petroleum Reserves Production Act of 1976 ([42 U.S.C. 6504](/usc/42/6504.md)) and the Department of the Interior Appropriations Act, Fiscal Year 1981 ([42 U.S.C. 6508](/usc/42/6508.md)).
