# §3130.0-3. Authority.

- (a) **The Department of the Interior Appropriations Act, Fiscal year 1981 (Pub.** L. 96-514);
- (b) The Naval Petroleum Reserves Production Act of 1976 ([42 U.S.C. 6504](/usc/42/6504.md), et seq.); and
- (c) The Federal Lands Policy and Management Act of 1976 ([43 U.S.C. 1701](/usc/43/1701.md) et seq.), except that sections [202](/cfr/43/202.md) and [603](/cfr/43/603.md) are not applicable.
- (d) The Energy Policy Act of 2005 ([42 U.S.C. 6506a(o)](/usc/42/6506a.md?p=o)).
