# §3106.20. Qualifications of assignees and transferees.


Assignees and transferees must comply with the provisions of [43 CFR subpart 3102](/cfr/43/subpart3102.md) and post any bond that may be required. Only responsible and qualified lessees may own, hold, or control an interest in a lease.
