# §3000.40. Appeals.


Except as provided in 43 CFR [3000.120](/cfr/43/3000.120.md), [3101.53(b)](/cfr/43/3101.53.md?p=b), [3103.1](/cfr/43/3103.1.md), [3165.4](/cfr/43/3165.4.md), and [3427.2](/cfr/43/3427.2.md), any party adversely affected by a decision of the authorized officer made pursuant to the provisions of 43 CFR parts [3000](/cfr/43/part3000.md) or [3100](/cfr/43/part3100.md) has a right of appeal pursuant to [43 CFR part 4](/cfr/43/part4.md).
