# §30.202. What will happen when OHA receives the summary probate file?


When OHA receives a summary probate file from BIA under [25 CFR 15.202(b)](/cfr/25/15.202.md?p=b), OHA will determine the distribution of the estate based on the information included in the probate file and issue a summary probate decision directing distribution of the estate.
