# §2933.32. When will BLM suspend or revoke my permit?

- (a) We may suspend your permit to protect public health, public safety, the environment, or you.
- (b) We may revoke your permit if you commit any of the acts prohibited in [subpart 8365](/cfr/43/subpart8365.md) of this chapter, or violate any of the stipulations attached to your permit, or any site-specific rules posted in the area.
