# §2920.2-3. Other land use proposals.

- (a) A proposal for a land use authorization, including permits not covered by [§ 2920.2-2](/cfr/43/2920.2-2.md) of this title, shall be submitted in writing to the Bureau of Land Management office having jurisdiction over the public lands covered by the proposal.
- (b) **The submission of a proposal gives no right to use the public lands.**
