# §2911.2-4. Execution of lease.


Upon receipt of the payments required by [§ 2911.2-2(b)](/cfr/43/2911.2-2.md?p=b) of this title and not less than 45 days following the publications required by § 2911.2-4 of this title, the authorized officer shall make a decision on the application and, if the application is approved, issue the lease.
