# §2812.9. Appeals.


An appeal pursuant to [part 4](/cfr/43/part4.md) of [43 CFR](/cfr/43.md) Subtitle A, may be taken from any final decision of the authorized officer, to the Board of Land Appeals, Office of the Secretary.
